Androgyny (a symbolic topos) as a myth means: the union of male and female attributes in one individual.
With this series of pictures I start (especially for myself) the attempt to promote the understanding of a fluid system. An active border crossing between the binary gender roles.
We live today in a system that defines as one of the most important principles the development, maintenance and generalization of structures. The simpler the assignment of a schema in society, the more social and legitimate the type. And the more artificial a role scheme, the more difficult the assignment and thus integration into the system.
Totally weird, isn’t it?
